I bought these because I was wearing leather gloves and as they would get wet I would change into another pair. My hands have never gotten wet in these babies and are they tough! I really have tried to be hard on these just because of the Duluth brand and I can tell you they still look new. I heat with wood so I spend many hours in the woods cutting, spliting, hauling, and stacking wood. I can say these are the BEST gloves I've ever bought.

I bought these gloves because they were on sale. I just moved to a very remote, isolated mountain home. It snows a lot here, and I am shoveling snow, and mud, a lot, cutting wood, etc. I've been going through gloves pretty regularly. These gloves have been holding up so much better than gloves I've paid a lot more for. There was mention of their fingers being too long, but I haven't seen anything wrong with them. They fit me perfectly. I am definitely buying another pair!

I bought these because they were unbelievably inexpensive ([$]), and I wanted to see if they actually were "winterproof." Though they were seconds, The XL fit quite well. I normally wear either a L or XL. I have to blow snow out of a very long narrower driveway + sidewalks. It takes about 2-3 hours everytime using the largest walk behinds made. By the time I am done, I am normally soaking wet, especially my gloves. Yesterday I tried these new gloves. To my very pleasant surprise, they worked. My hands were bone dry. The gloves were a bit damp on the outside, but not inside. They are not the warmest gloves I have had. They are the best for working outdoors. They are my go to snowblowing gloves now. Indispensable for work in snowy conditions.

As a girl with long, skinny fingers, I always have a lot of trouble finding functional gloves with long enough fingers. A buddy of mine let me try on his and mentioned that he got them cheap because the company accidentally made the fingers too long. I was concerned about the palms being too wide, but I got size small and they weren't too bad. In fact, these are the best fitting gloves I've ever worn. So glad I bought two pairs! Maybe I should buy more since I'll probably never find anything like this ever again...
Haven't really put them to the test with hard work yet as this has been one of the most pathetic winters ever.
I really like that the non-fuzzy side of the velcro is not the kind that latches onto and destroys everything else around it. Smart choice there. Also plenty of good grippy surfaces.
Please make more with this "mistake"!
These gloves are great! I just ordered apair each for my Dad, Wife and Son. The special sale price is icing on the cake!

The first thing I did when I received my gloves was put them on and stick my hands under the kitchen faucet. At first the water just ran off the gloves then they started to soak up the water but even after they were totally saturated my hands were completely dry. I have used them every day since Christmas and they still look new. I have had them covered in mud more then a few times. Easily the best cold weather gloves I have used. Remember they are for cold weather with that in mind they are not too cumbersome when handeling screws and nails. They would be too warm for interior or warm weather work.
