Men's Sizing Charts

Head:

Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.

Sleeve:

Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

Tradesman Sizing:

Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.

Neck:

Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).

Waist:

Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.

Chest:

Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.

Inseam:

Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

Wonderful shirt! Fits perfect and is trimming! My husband works for the phone company, climbs poles and works in customers homes. He has normal male shape except for a well fed larger waist. We realised the urgency for clothing help when at our family Christmas gathering more than just the tree was fully glowing for all to see! No matter what we bought in pants or shirts he shows a COMPLETE southern exposure! I desperately researched and found Duluth! In sizing cut(width) with Duluth, I found it ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to watch the size description of garments! The regular Tees are tradesman fit and too wide in shoulders but this shirt sizing perfect for him. I am now using same sizing but different fit like the regular or trim fit shirts. I think this will help others in sizing issues. He loves the quality, and feel of Duluth clothing not to mention the clever fun product description wordings! We're hooked, and buying only here and I'm ordering for myself as well

Poor size control

I have been purchasing Duluth Trading Co. shirts for many years, but am having trouble when trying new items. The sizes are not consistent. For other no-polo shirts, Mediums have fit fine. For the T-shirts, a Large size is required. For this CoolMax Polo shirt, the Medium size is ~ 2" smaller across the shoulders than a Medium No-Polo. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide other comments as the shirt is too small to wear.

Can't Guess the Sizings Correctly!

I have a number of Large-size Duluth T-shirts (my normal size), which are too big, with sleeves down to my elbows, so I ordered these shirts in size Medium, and they're too small. There doesn't seem to be any consistency in sizing, which makes it very difficult when guessing what size to order. Also, the colors are a little "strange," at best.

Comfort? When I put this on I have to check to make sure I didn't mistakenly grab my best most comfortable Undershirt. Fit? It fits ME!
But I finally have to say something about this CoolMax thing. How to put it... Well, if the ads said this would happen I wouldn't have believed it, but on a hot, breezeless Hawaiian day, with these shirts all I need do is find a spot IN the sun to get 'max' cooling! If you see a 'waiting line' of people out in the sun, that fresh-lookin guy with a grin on his face is the one wearing Duluth CoolMax.
Amazing stuff. And I can't think of one "Con" for this shirt.
