Grip All Wrench

Since ordering this wrench, I've used it a number of times at a variety of tasks, from loosening and reinstalling the (hexagonal) nuts attaching water valves to a sink to removing (round) gas piping, and have been impressed by its simple operation and quality construction. It fits into tight spaces and relieves you of the need to find the right size wrench, adjust the wrench opening, or re-position the wrench for each turn. It is highly recommended.

Well made strong tool. Can be difficult in some tight spaces. Due to smaller contact surface area this tool is not for delicate work or as previously stated for surfaces where the finish needs to be preserved. I have used a piece of leather in a pinch to protect a surface and it worked perfectly, I am purchasing my own, the first one was provided by my company.

This is a great idea, but be careful where you use it. My plans were to use it for setting up and taking down oxygen and fuel lines for a glassblowing competition. A range of sizes can be used for various connections, and I figured this would keep me from having to carry around a boatload of different wrenches. Unfortunately, all of the fittings are made of brass, and due to the way that this wrench grips the bolt, it bites right into the brass and leaves deep marks. Not good. So this tool, while a great concept, is going to stay at home for that project. It probably deserves higher than three stars, but due to the fact that it will not be usable for the specific situation I purchased it for, and doesn't mention anything about avoiding soft metals on the packaging, I have to give it a three.
