Barely a dust cover

I was using a big piece of plastic sheeting that I kept in place with spring clamps to cover my table saw. I bought this because I thought it would be better for keeping the table rust free and easier to get to and use.

I am disappointed with this product.

It started with the plasticized coating sticking to its self as I unfolded it from the packaging. In some places the coating was pulled off the fabric and left small open spots.
Next, in this age of strong neodymium magnets, the magnets in this product are disappointingly weak, and do not provide "Maximum Grip". I don't expect to have to pry it off to remove it, put I expect it to remain in place if the cat jumps up on it, or I walk by the table.
Lastly, it doesn't seem to be doing its most important job of keeping the table rust free, and I don't think it's the couple of small bare spots around the edges that are the problem.
