      Putterer Shorts: Great all-around shorts

      By DBQ86

      from Dubuque iA

      Pros

      • Comfortable
      • Integrated belt
      • Simple styling
      • Sturdy

      Cons

        Best Uses

        • Work and Play

Not sure if Duluth still carries the putterer shorts but they are great. My husband loves the integrated belt and the simple styling. He has plenty of cargo style shorts but these look nice and are just a bit dressier. They are sturdy enough to wear for just about every use. Please bring them back!

        The Ultimate ER Scrub Pants

Every ER I work in has at least one nurse that's hot flashing and cranking down the thermostat. I learned in Med School long ago that those standard issue paper thin poly scrub pants just weren't going to cut it. Furthermore, when the nasty stuff starts to fly I prefer a little more fabric between me and it. The fluid repellent nature of the fabric just adds to that benefit. They are as comfortable as scrubs but better in every way. Maybe a lighter version for Summer would be nice, but what I would really like to see is more colors offered like dark grays, dark greens or browns. I used to use Gramicci's for this purpose as they have a similar style, fit and feel. But sadly Gramicci sold out to overseas cheapness in fabric and mfg so that all they are left with is recognized name delivering way over-priced products. Thank you for saving me from wasting any more money on their pants!

Please don't change the Putterer's Pants, or the Shorts. They're perfect. Maybe add a khaki color, and maybe a 34'' inseam. That's all.

I've never bought DTP men's pants because the women's are such a good fit. These pants, however, are a great fit, as comfortable as sweat pants but dressy enough to make a quick run to town. I love the deep pockets. Roomy enough to wear with long underwear in the winter.

I've used these pants for casual wear putzing around the house and yard. Coffee spill dabbed off easily. Resist wrinkles. They washed-up nicely with no evidence of shrinking.
