        COMMENTS:

I carry the poncho "just in case." When a storm does come up, the poncho is there to slip over much of me and most anything I'm carrying. It's very light and practically weightless. It hangs low enough to protect my pant legs. If I get on a bus, it's fast and easy to take off so it doesn't bother other people. It's just the sort of rain protection I was seeking! Oh, did I mention I've in the very rainy Pacific Northwest?

        • Keeps Warm Air Trapped
        • Keeps Your Seat Dry

          COMMENTS:

The sleeves make it much warmer and drier than any other poncho I have ever owned. Big enough to huddle with kids in a sudden squall or thunder shower. A rope belt .can help reduce air flow under it in a high wind.

              COMMENTS:

Had a chance to actually use this before I started the Camino. Good coverage of me and my pack. I''m 5'11 and it falls with pack on to the knees. Has a zippered neck that allow access to shirt pocket and a really good drawstring head cover with side shields. The only thing I would add is a drawstring to the bottom edge.
