      • When You Need Shorts

I use these shorts for school, work, and relaxing. Don't need to be worried about cutting them or wearing them out. I find there always a pocket for what you need to holster. Like sunglasses, 45. ACP magazines, keys, flashlights, and wallet. My only problem is that the button can come undone when wearing a belt.

I travel a lot and spend time in different climates, often times wet and hot climate. And, because I travel, I need fewer cloths to meet more demands. I use these shorts because they're the single most durable shorts I can find and, being firehose, repel water better than other shorts. They are not waterproof, however, and, if you get soaked, they take time to dry out! But I'm not looking for or needing water proof shorts!

The only downside to me is their length. I'm also tall, so, these come right to my knees, but I prefer shorts that go below my knees.

They also have an inside change pocket in the front right pocket, which his extraordinarily useful when traveling internationally where cash is used more than plastic.

I use Duluth Trading products exclusively for work. I haven't found any other product that will take the abuse. I need to order another sox pack and some more short sleeve long tail pocket tee's. I like the shirts so much It's difficult to shift the very oldest ones to the rag bag. (Yes, they do wear out eventually so I would call that a con.)

Since my husband loves the Ballroom jeans, I thought I get him some decent working clothes for his new job as Project Manager. With it being the Summer, he needed something that would stand up to his work ethic yet keep him cool. These shorts have the extra room, with the gusset sewn in, longer pockets, tuff fire hose material and he feels great in them!

Bought specifically to use as a walking toolbox around the home - pockets for all sorts of items.
The material is stiff and rough for sure though I expect it to soften somewhat with use & washing.

Once you have a pair that fit, they're great! I didn't pay close enough attention to previous comments about sizes being smaller than listed. This is true! You MUST order a size larger than you think you normally use, if not, they will be very uncomfortable.

I like that they are longer than short shorts that ride up, especially when you sit in them.
