    COMMENTS:

This is the third pair I've bought. Love them! This pair went to my father-in-law that loves hiking and biking. He wears 38"W. I went with the Large - 36-38" and he said they fit perfect.

Love the pants as they don't weigh much but the belt is useless as it drupes when I attach my IPone 6 to the belt.

They are very nice pants. They aren't as comfortable as the fire hose flex pants. But they are better then most other pants. Price isn't to bad little high but good quality

        COMMENTS:

I was racing lighting and thunderstorms to replace a telecom thing on a metal platform. I ended up weatherproofing the RF connections as another storm rolled in.

I was soaked, the cotton shirt I was wearing was a miserable wet rag. The pants were also soaked, mostly in the front but were still movable up and down a ladder. Yea they dried faster than the shirt.

The zippers in front of the cargo pockets are a nice feature, used the right one to grab my wallet to pay a toll. The zippered "watch pocket" is genius, I always carry a spare car key as at times I need to secure my car but leave the motor running. I can't open it without another key and this pocket secures a key perfectly. I'm surprised how deep it is though.

I was skeptical of the belt on the DT description but it works pretty well. After a few hours cinched it in a tad and it was perfect, clicks in and I forgot about it.

The knees have an extra layer of material sewn on but the pants are still really light weight. They would make good portage pants, but the cargo pockets extends them into wet work places. They wouldn't be the best choice for climbing, but would be ok.

        COMMENTS:

You make levis with the V crotch which my husband loves. Is it possible to add that same feature to these pants? The would be 100% perfect then. I would replace all the ones I have already purchase and replace them with the V crotch if you did!
