Need this in carpenter pant

By Preacherman

from South Carolina

About Me Craftsman/Contractor/Pastor/Family Man

Verified Buyer

Pros

  • Attractive Design
  • Comfortable
  • Durable & stain resistant
  • Flattering
  • Great Color
  • Quality Material

Cons

  • Need carpenter pant added to this line

Best Uses

  • Suitable appearance for all such occasions

COMMENTS:

Do not like the cargo series in anything. Love these pants and will continue to buy them, but require a carpenter pant and will continue to search other brands. It would simplify things for me to not have to wait for Duluth to offer them.

Excellent Hot Weather Trousers

By Chuck Rhea

from College Station, TX

About Me Handyman

Pros

  • Bit of stretch
  • Comfortable
  • Crotch gusset
  • Great Fit
  • Quality Material

Cons

  • Small back pockets

Best Uses

  • Casual Wear
  • Work

COMMENTS:

Have used these for a couple of years now, and am buying a couple more pairs. The fabric gives just a bit at the knee when I am really sweat-soaked, plus the crotch gusset accomodates the other equipment which nut buster pants don't. The crotch gusset also relieves me of the thick 4-seam-intersection knot of fabric from that area which collects and holds moisture against the skin facilitating crotch rot. I waited a year or so to write the review to see if the fabric is sufficiently abrasion resistant for wor wear. It is from my perspective. Light weight fabric will never hold up like fire hose canvas, but the cool, quick drying tradeoff is a must in the Texas summer. The weird, pleated, flap top, small back pockets are a small indignity to shoulder in light of the other functionality. The sissy fabric belt is useless. Great trousers.
