COMMENTS:

Like to get what I pay for & that's the case with these shorts. I want real sturdy comfortable shorts, not high waters (what most shirts are today) Thats what we used to call long pants that were too short in the day. Most shorts today go way below the knee, well why wear them at all? Some folks complain fabric too heavy, not true. Made sturdy to last & to work in. If you want top quality shorts you won't go wrong with these. I'm 6'1" & they fit me perfect for the length. Love em worth every penny.

    COMMENTS:

For a short guy these shorts were a great find. Most shorts come below my knees but these stop above them. They fit great and are comfortable to wear and are very durable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    COMMENTS:

Years ago I bought what Duluth used to call their Napoleon short. Made for guys like me that have shorter legs and look silly with shorts that go below the knee. These are the equivalent and it is nice to see this inseam size available since it is hard to find.

However, those Napoleon shorts were made from "fire hose" material, as well, but they seemed not to be as thick and heavy as these. For really hot weather (hello from south Texas!) these are uncomfortably hot to wear. So I will limit their use to inside work or perhaps the fall and spring weather.

The shorts are generously made. I wear a 34 and the fit around the waist was spot on, but around the butt was loose so bending and working in them was quite comfortable, but perhaps with some sacrifice to style.

I expect these things will last forever, they are very well put together.
