    COMMENTS:

I am a tree trimmer/ groundsman for my local electric company. FR is a must for me working so close to high voltage that can be deadly when touched. I work outside 100% of the time, rain or shine so good clothing is a must. I get cold very easily yet hate having so many layers on that you can barely run a chainsaw or move comfortably. I bought this and was totally satisfied. I normally wear a large but bought a medium instead because I like a littler tighter fit so I can add layers on top if need be. The fit was perfect. Not to tight, room to add layers underneath. First day I wore it it was gusty winds and sleeting. Kept the wind at bay and sleet from penetrating. After I write this review I am going to order three more for myself and co workers.

    COMMENTS:

According to the size chart, I should have ordered a large, but the description stated that it was a tradesman cut. Since I wanted to use it as a layer under my hunting gear, I ordered a medium instead. It fits so well that I wear it just about everywhere now (that hunting season is over). I knew it wasn't windproof when I purchased it, but if it were, I'd have given it five stars. It IS, however, wind-resistant, and it works extremely well as a layer in cold weather. While hunting, I wore a mock turtleneck, a pull-over sweater, the Windpro fleece, and a camouflage shirt in 25 degree weather. I was warm while sitting still, and I didn't get overheated while stalking. This fleece is fantastic!

Working in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. When I arrived it was -25 with 28mph winds. Still kept me warm with a long sleeve underneath. Pretty great. 4 stars because I want to see how long it will last me.

This is a nicely built and stylish FR Fleece. It is incredibly warm. I love the fleece. Haven't washed it yet but it looks like it will hold up really well. Looking forward to other FR product Duluth will make.

I would recommend this product to all my friends in my beloved, oil/gas industry here in ND, and also for working in MT/WY/SD/Northern Utah etc in my industry! Excellent Duluth! We need more FR product lines, and I assure you, Carhartt is losing market share to the hard core, blue collar oil/gas men and women who demand!! all our FR clothing be made right here in the great OLD US OF A!! To hell with the cost! This is about quality, and a JOBS!!!
