Men's Sizing Charts

Head:

Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.

Sleeve:

Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

Tradesman Sizing:

Our clothing is generously sized for extra roominess and easy moving fit. No need to size up.

Neck:

Measure around the middle of the neck (at the Adam's apple).

Waist:

Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.

Chest:

Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.

Inseam:

Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

My wife bought these for me as a birthday present. I am a farmer and they are great, especially in the warmer weather. Other work pants I have used in the past have been bulky, and very warm in the summer months, these are lighter and much cooler.

I live in Florida and work in a non-airconditioned warehouse. I kept ripping holes into my jeans from kneeling and carrying rough edged things around. I hated how the jeans made the extreme heat feel even hotter. Especially when having to do chores like mow or do construction work on the office space. The heat can simply be brutal here, and the original Fire Hose pants would have killed me.

These pants allow me to feel protected from cuts and scrapes while allowing me to breathe more than my jeans did. They also have more room and the cargo capacity is enough without looking like I am a walking SUV.

I bought 3 pairs of these for my husband for work for the hot summer months, since he likes the heavy duty firehose pants so much. He really likes that they are light weight and feel cooler for summer. His only complaint is that the built in elastic, which is not in the original fire hose pants, doesn't work as well as one would think. It seemed like a good idea, but as it heats up, it gives almost too much and his pants become too loose and start to sag. He needs to tighten his belt to an uncomfortable position to keep his pants up. He would love more color options and no elastic. Maybe time tested spandex for a little give would work better.

Love the way the paints wear and fit. However, even though I have a couple of love handles, the elastic waist band has alittle more give then I was hoping, but these pants are still in the good pant drawer.
