Women's Swiss Army Swiss Card

This is a decent little Swiss Army micro. It's good to have in a pinch and doesn't take up much space. You won't cut a watermelon with this ill booger, but you can open a small box or envelpoe, cut an errant nose hair or sideburn, or pick out a troubling sliver in your finger.

I spend a lot of time working in a non-permissive environment (university). Many staff members and students were upset when the university outright banned all knives, and resorted to carrying multitools. These were banned in turn, so I needed something else to open my mail like a civilized person.

That's where the SwissCard comes in: it's not a "multi-tool" by this university's definition... it's a small collection of tools. I think it'll be fine if I continue not using it for mischief. It helps that the thing is completely non-threatening.

I've found the tools to be fairly handy in the garden, and for a great number of garden and plant-related tasks. Just keep the tools clean, as always.

All the tools have been useable with my enormous hands, somehow. The scissors and tweezers are particularly useful compared to other multi-tool systems.

The blade had a pathetic edge out of the box, but with a little bit of TLC it took secondary and primary edges just fine. (Yes, I know it's really small for anything but a cutting edge.) Retention has been acceptable with daily use.

I planned to carry it in my pocket but lost it the week after I purchased it.

I have purchased two of these guys now! I wore out the first one! The tools are excellent! The body is slim and fits in my wallet or front pocket! The body is just a bit weak though - so I still use care when using it (the price you pay for super compact functionality). The knife is EXTREMELY sharp (Victorinox) and retains sharpness. The "Original" Swiss Army and lives up to it!

bought this exact product in Scotland 12 years ago -- always have it in my wallet and use it frequently. The nail file is excellent and the screwdriver tip has been used many times. The scissors of top quality! the tweezers are precision and easy to use, and even after all these years the pen still writes. Nice knife, great tooth pick -- everything is solid, well made, precise. The mm and inch marks on the outside have been very handy as well! A great product and well worth the money.
