Great for work, installing telephone equipment in the snow. Great on ice. The boots feel like I've had them for a while instead of just got them. No break in time nessassary.

could not get my foot past ankle entry without a lot of hard work. fit very well once I did. returned for a size larger hoping i can get past that part of the boot in less time and much easier. would love to have them. beautiful. appear to be very well made. wear a size 7, returned for a size 8.

I wanted a good pair of boots that were both stylish and comfortable and these just don't cut it! Ariat is a good brand, so I was especially disappointed. The first pair I received the left boot wouldn't even go on my foot because the shaft narrowed so badly. The right boot fit. I've never encountered this problem in a pair of shoes or boots and I do not have wide feet or one bigger foot! Customer service was awesome in replacing the boots with a complimentary pair and the replacement pair did go on. However, they still feel narrow in the ankle area and on the tops of the feet. Strangely enough, the left one is the most tight. I've measured my feet carefully to see if it is me out of curiosity and it is not. Don't understand what is up with this left boot. As long as I don't wear them long and wear thin socks, they are okay. I'm hoping they stretch over time and become "broke-in!" Finally, it surprised me that these are now made in China like just about everything. Cowboy boots are so American! What a shame!

I wanted something I could wear for the infrequent times I go riding plus something fun to bomb around in on the weekend. These boots run true to size. I wear a 7.5 and that's what I bought. A little loose in the heel but I have narrow heels. Tried the size 7 but was too small. Practical and not "extreme" styling so I feel this will remain a classic for ever. Plus they make me feel spunky when I wear them.

I never dreamed a boot could be purchased for such a reasonable price, and be made of such quality leather. Foot is not cramped, and supported just right! No curly toes. Feels custom made!

These boots are wonderful. They are comfortable from the minute you put them on; it's like someone has broken them in for you in advance. The cowgirl style is a kick and the quality of Ariat boots is outstanding. Additionally, Ariat guarantees their product and sends a mailer if/when the boots need new heels or soles; you can't beat that!
