I wear a mens8EE/EEE2''heeledcowboyboot, or a 2"heeled size40Dansko because I have a service dog. My shoes need to be the same height for his equipment and my stability-backtopoint- Needless to say buying socks has never been easy for me; the one with a heart and a lung in each foot. Since my spinal cord accident hence surgery, my proprioception( foot placement) and sensations ( feeling in my limbs) has been altered, dramatically. These FITS Socks Co. socks are fabulous! Hands down t heyare absolutely the best knit wooleys I've worn with the smoothest toe seam:Ever! The first time I have been able to wear a single pair of socks for an entire day. And I have tried all of the wool socks available on the market made by all the best companies. These are going to make the others stand up and take notice of how socks used to be made when my grandmother, great-grandmother themselves knit them by hand;BEAUTIFULLY!! And for this I thank-you very much

          • Work Out

Wearing them for Taoist Tai Chi work out and full day training. Keeps my feet happy while working out, chanting or doing meditation. They are soft and give enough so there is no tightness on the feet or legs which is good for training in the Taoist Arts and hiking!

There probably aren't a whole lotta' people out there who need to be convinced of Smartwool's comfort and ease of maintenance. But up to now, their range of color choices tended to be grounded in neutrals (which wasn't bad; sometimes you need a go- with-everything neutral.) When you're ready to step up your style, though, how can you go wrong with red/pink/yellow/gray stripes, or purple/peach/gray stripes? I dare you to look down at your feet in these without smiling! I like to think my toes are smiling, too.
