Women's Sizing Charts

Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.	Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist allowing the tape to sit comfortably.	For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
Bust: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.	Hips: Stand with feet together. Keep measuring tape parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of seat.
Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.	Inseam: Find a pair of pants that fit you well.Lay them flat and measure from the crotch seam to bottom of the leg. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

My ongoing battle between synthetic and natural fibers: I look more professional (minimal perspiration patches) and the shirt dries more quickly than when I wear cotton, however it doesn't feel breathable on my skin and I felt claustrophobic and overheated in 80 degree weather, even with the sleeves rolled up. I have linen and cotton shirts, both of which I get somewhat tanned through. I work long hours in the sun so I was hoping for something more summer-friendly. Guess I will continue to rotate my work shirts.

It's early yet so only 2 days warm enough to wear this shirt. When this crazy snow melts & it warms up again I will probably be wearing it every other day.

I love the look and feel of this shirt. It looks great right out of the dryer. I usually wear it layered. Perfect for working in the garden in the spring, where the day can cloud over and get cool, or suddenly warm up. It looks nice, so I can slip in on to run back to the nursery for more flowers!

Sun Protection

These shirts are terrific to wear in the heat. I wear them for horseback riding in the Arizona desert. They provide good sun protection and keep me as cool as can be. We do not have the humidity that Texas has, but the heat can be brutal. I really like the collar extension to protect my neck. I did have to cut out the neck tags as they were very itchy on my skin. Tags printed on the fabric would be nice. Also, this shirt wrinkles after washing, but since I am no fashionista I just live with them. Really, who irons?!
Overall, it is a great shirt.

Worked well!

I wore this for 4 hours out in the sun in high 80s and I didn't complain about the heat. The shirt is expensive but it's worth it. The material is great and lightweight. I plan on buying a couple more.

Was difficult to decide on which color to choose from... got 2 & plan on getting more.
Wore first time on a cool morning over a sleeveless tee to "cow-pens". Separated cattle that had been out in the marsh & penned some bulls that were not cooperative & far from nice! This shirt was gratefully easy to move in & later it still looked good enough to be seen in public...

I love the fit and feel of this one so much, that I bought one in solid color. Plan to wear when gardening and when I go to Alaska this summer. Very little weight in a suitcase. But, I do wish it would NOT wrinkle after washing. It will need to be ironed after washing. :-(
