had to exchange first bag as side zippers (both) were broken

I love this bag. It's the look that I've been searching for. My sister has it and when I was recently visiting her and saw it I just had to have one. Very well made. The upside-down side zippers are great, I can open it partially from the bottom or expand fully. Lots of pockets inside, key holder, good strong magnetic closures. It is a little heavier than I'd like, but hey, this is not an issue. Too many good things about this bag to consider it a con. Thanks for this great quality product.

This is an awesome tote bag with great features. I am writing a review about this so that maybe I can sway the company to make a bag just exactly like this but a little shorter. I am using this as my everyday purse and it is just a bit too tall. Please consider making a shorter version of this exact tote that would be THE perfect purse.

This bag was a gift for my wife from the Easter Bunny. It turned out to be the perfect solution for a wide range of carring problems. It holds a variety of things and is easy to store. She uses it daily and on frequent trips. "Great product"

I purchased this sturdy, handsome tote, with side zippers for expansion in the brown color for routine daily use: for packing up books and notebooks for travel, classes, work, and meetings. It has plenty of pockets and compartments inside and out to help eliminate the need for toting an additional purse. The finish is sporty and durable. My husband has unusually admired it too. ;-) The straps are generally comfortable with a lighter load, but if the bag is packed with heavy books, etc., it's like any other purse or tote--best not to carry over a shoulder.

I was blown away with the quality bag I received, the shipment and the ease of Duluth's ordering online. I will shop with Duluth Trading in the future without any reservations whatsoever. An excellent first-time experience all the way around! The tote is narrow and deep - just the way I wanted it. My Kindle Fire fits perfectly inside, along with the rest of my electronic gadgets. A sturdy lining with pockets keeps things organized for me. The handles are strong and securely secured to the bag, so I can tote a heavy load if I have too!

One design defect which you could correct at no cost without losing the purpose of placement of the key fob inside the pocket but giving it greater flexibility . Move the key fob to the other end of the zip pocket where the zipper ends rather than the beginning of the zipper on the zip pocket, This would allow you to zip it in the pocket OR ATTACH KEYS TO FOB AND LEAVING OUT WHERE THEY COULD BE REACHED IN THE BAG BUT THE POCKET WOULD BE ABLE TO ZIP MOSTLY CLOSED FOR SECURITY . I HOPE I EXPLAINED THIS WELL ENOUGH.TRY IT WITH A FEW LOSE DOLLARS AND A SET OF KEYS.

I got this bag for use at vet school. This bag rocks! There is room for small stuff, an ipad in a case, a storage clipboard, a big wallet, chargers, and more, but if I dont want all of that the sides zip shut and is get slimmer for when I just need a few small things. The color is great (burgundy), the pockets are perfect, the hardware is durable, the straps are the perfect length. Overall, a wonderful bag.
