Most versatile socks I've ever owned! Worn with my nice mary jane flats, these socks take me anywhere for dress casual, AND they provide all the performance features I need when I'm in hiking boots or work shoes. Only wish the heel areas would not wear so quickly.

I am on my feet a lot, and these socks are not only warm, they are cushiony and make my feet feel good! They also wick away moisture and they are very durable-I own a couple more pair, and I wash them quite frequently and they have withstood all beautifully!

I walk every day and wear my smart wool socks with
boots or shoes. The pading in the toes and heels
are wonderful for me since I have lost some of the
fat from the pads in the bottom of my feet.

These socks are a nice weight if you're splitting your time between inside and winter weather outside -- won't make you sweat all day while inside but warm enough to do the job out. Really cute pattern and fit, don't shrink when they're washed. As always, another happy smartwool customer!

As a farmer and gardener, I am very sensitive to my feet being comfortable and warm. So far, these socks meet both criteria. I am pleased with them and I especially like the extra cushioning for heels and toes.

SmartWool socks really do wick moisture away. My feet stay much dryer when I wear them. I really notice the difference when wearing my lace up ropers.
