As received I felt this carrier was too 'floppy' - it did not serve well for carry of just a few documents - documents would get bent and creased. I found a great solution to the deficiency by purchasing two packs of flexible cutting boards. These 'boards' are made from PP Plastic and are each .5mm thick. I purchased two packs of two for a total of 2.0mm thickness. The original sizing was perfect - 12"x15" and required no trimming to fit the carrier!! Now the carrier has some body and does not flop over with single documents. As an added bonus, I can use the cutting boards as a writing surface for signing papers!! I love it!!!

I am a briefcase/bag fanatic and this bag has become my favorite for casual business meetings. I love the quality and the look. The only improvement would be to add one or two pen/pencil slots.

This bag is the perfect size for paperwork, files, etc. when you don't want to carry a pack or brief case. Looks good with a suit or in jeans for any type of meeting.

My son is going to be a teaching assistant at his college and he wanted something to carry all the papers he will have to grade. This is a sharp looking bag and it has lots of room. (I stuffed it with three manilla folders total 3 inches thick and there was still room left for a note book) It's a well constructed and stylish bag.

This is a nice product that is functional and practical. You will get many positive comments from people. The only thing that would make it perfect for me is if it had a handle and removable shoulder strap. However, I understand this was not the original intent of this product.

I use this product in my living history, and it fits the period of the 19th century very well. It is nicely constructed and fits my needs perfectly. Now, if Duluth will start offering rifle sleeves made of the fire hose canvas and leather, these would sell nicely in my opinion. There are lots of living historians out there who would buy these. I certainly would buy two for my Springfield rifles.

Usual good materials and workmanship. Leather and canvas are nice, but the product is just too flimsy and flexible to carry important documents without bending or wrinkling them. A stiffer or reinforced backing would be an improvement.
