          COMMENTS:

Some hoods suck, this one does not.
The vest is warm and cozy.
The top pockets are just large enough to fit lens caps, round and square filters, for when I pursue my hobby of landscape photography.

At work: When I bend over to trim and shoe a horse or split stove wood; long zipper-pulls dangle and obstruct my vision just enough to annoy. I will probably reduce the pulls with a grinder, someday...

I could easily visualize this vest having a pocket across the back with zippers or snap flap closures, large enough to temporarily stow a laptop wrapped in a rain coat or poncho

          COMMENTS:

I wear this with a long sleeve T shirt if the weather is really cold. When you need your arms for more active work, or need less bulk than a coat, this is perfect. I can work in this fully zipped. I wore it zipped up for 9 hours a few days ago while working underneath a house. It kept me warm and protected against the junk underneath. No tears, and it slid right over rocks. It is also perfect while driving the tractor. Just enough warmth and lets me move my arms without restriction.
