I use this organizer in my kenworth t800 ,for the last week I have been driving rough mountain roads several trips per day and all of my pens stay tightly in place and the holder itself stays in place nicely.
I intend to order a few more for my personal rig and my sons car.

This is a great little device. I keep my mileage notepad and pens in it all the time. It keeps them at fingertip reach. Purchased one for each visor in my car(2) and gave my brother one as a gift!

I work out of my car a LOT, and am forever thrashing about trying to find a pen or pencil. This product solves all my problems. Today's padded visors may be a modest installation problem, what I did with mine is simply extend the visor extension, which is thinner than the visor, and attach the pen holder on the passenger's side-does not intrude on my windshield viewing and keeps what I need right at hand.

Much easier than searching the bottom of my car door compartment. As promised, it holds all different size pens, pencils, markers...
