This is a wonderful invention. The tether is so nice and easy to use and fits into any seatbelt. The Tether is a great way to keep your dog safe in one place in the car and prevents your dog from distracting you while you drive.

I have a Golden that I want to be safe, wheather in the Vette or the SUV and it works for both; however with the seats down in the SUV the seat belt latch is covered, so i added a D-ring to rhe child restraint bracket on the back of the seat for the seat belt end of the strap.

It works as advertised, however, the dog has figured out how to unlatch it! So far she has done it three out of three times. If she accidentally unlatched it by stepping on it and we could figure out a way to avoid it. This would be great. Otherwise this is pretty much useless, at least for this dog.

I have been looking for this type of harness for my dogs at the pet stores. They didn't have this type of simple restraint. This is all I wanted - nothing fancy. The dogs are locked in, in the back seat and I am happy. TY

My 100 lb dog can turn around and does not panic that she is constrained but, I know that she is secure if I hit the brakes hard.
