I have psoriasis and my hands get cracked and dried very easily, especially after I have had them in water a lot. This is one of, if not the best, treatments for really dry skin that I have found. Also, many lotions or creams that I have used sting or burn when the skin on my hands is especially cracked. This does not. I will be reordering often, I am sure.

I work in healthcare and wash my hands about 100 times per day. I apply this product every night at bedtime, and it is the only thing that keeps my hands soft and moisturized.

I walk two miles each morning and recently had a heel crack open preventing me from walking.I rubbed some O'Keeffe's on my heal and in no time I was able to walk! I now use it each morning before I walk and it keeps my feet from cracking in the winter.

My thumbs and thumbnails crack and split (deep, painful, bleeding) all year long. O'Keefe's Working Hands really works; better than anything else I've tried, even a prescription salve. I put some on at night and lo, after a couple of weeks first the thumbs healed, then the thumbnails. As an added bonus, the product works on cracked, split heels too.

I use hand cleaners to remove heavy dirt grease and oil which really take their toll. My hands dry out crack and split. I use this product on a regular basis and helped quite a bit. Not greasy or oily and it last's a long time

This is the first winter that I can think of where my fingers have not cracked. I have used O'Keeffe's Working Hands every night before bed and I have only had one cracked finger all winter long. I have never found any product at any price that has worked so well.
