Women's Sizing Charts

Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.	Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist allowing the tape to sit comfortably.	For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
Bust: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.	Hips: Stand with feet together. Keep measuring tape parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of seat.
Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.	Inseam: Find a pair of pants that fit you well.Lay them flat and measure from the crotch seam to bottom of the leg. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

Comments about Women's Stretch 8" Fire Hose Short:

I love Duluth clothes and buy them constantly. I have bought 3 pair of these shorts, at different times, because they fit and look great (even got compliments from my husband). BUT, on all 3 pair, the zipper doesn't lock and slides open while I am wearing them. I've never had this happen with zip-front pants before. Please fix this problem so I can wear these shorts with a tucked-in shirt instead of only a loose long-tail T!

I LOVE the back pockets..very practical and innovative design!...the opening on all 4 pockets (2 frt, 2 rear) are angled, allowing an ink pen to be comfortably and securely stowed in a back pocket. No negatives on this product, for me. If they go on sale again, I will definitely order more!

Leg openings not so big as to be revealing or so small as to constrict movement. I love these shorts, but wish they came in more colors. Hope they go on sale again so I can purchase some more!

I have an active job in my small manufacturing business, so I need clothes that are durable and comfortable. The shorts are cut trim and flattering for my figure, so I feel reasonably feminine as well. The back pockets are unusual touch. They are deep enough to easily hold a pruning shear or a wire cutters, but aren't baggy or frumpy looking. The fabric is really nice -- not overly heavy, but certainly durable enough for my work. I like the "peach fuzz" finish and slight bit of stretch.
