Overtime Sleeveless Tees are for the really tough jobs

When you’re working hard on a hot day and need a sleeveless shirt that won’t quit, reach for the sleeveless Overtime Tee. Built to be tough, we have a feeling you’ll wear out before they do.

The 100% cotton interlock fabric stands up to wear and tear, and it has just the right amount of give to be unrestrictive and keep its shape. It offers UPF 50 protection that will never wash out.

Side vents make it even easier to move and the twill reinforcement prevents fraying. Neck seams are taped with soft twill so they won’t irritate your skin, even after 10 hours on the job.

But that’s not all. These shirts have a feature that solves one of the most annoying problems. The nifty hidden Bra Strap Keeper snap tabs at each shoulder keep your straps exactly where you want them – up and out of sight!

Head:

Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.

Waist:

Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist.		 For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.

Bust:

Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.

Inseam:

Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

Sleeve:

Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.

I wear the reglar t-shirts and ordered the same size in the sleeveless. Unfortunately the sleeveless fits completely different than the short sleeve t-shirt. It's very saggy around the neckline and the armholes are overly large. It's just awkward. I am hoping these shrink up for a better fit. If not, I will have to alter them to make them work. :(

I bought two of the sleeveless long-tails. Both are very nice, great colors, and quite comfortable. I like that they don't show my bra straps or the top of my bra under my arms. The Heather colored one is a funny fabric texture, not like a T-shirt texture, and it seems to retain heat more than the other one. (I wouldn't have purchased the heather one if I'd seen it in a store and felt the fabric texture.) The other pink colored one is very nice and what I'd expect in a sleeveless T shirt. Both are cut a bit snugly in the bust line, unlike the regular sleeved T shirts, and I hope they will stretch out an inch or so after a few wearings.

    I decided to keep these even though I can really only use the turquoise long-tail tee as a sleep shirt. I guess at 5 foot 2 I should have known that long on regular height ladies would be loooooong on me. And really, really unflattering.

    However, I could not bear to send them back as the beautiful fabric and taped seams (which made me not want to hem them, as I could not replicate the high quality) are really outstanding.

    WOuld love a "medium-tail tee" for us short women.
