Women's Gardening Pants

I've been gardening in these pants all summer and haven't gotten a stain on them yet. I can bend and stretch, and generally move around in them easily. Because they're lightweight and have elastic around the ankles, I also hike in them. I love the color, but I wish they were available in additional dark colors (dark green, dark brown, etc). The only problem I've had is with the belt buckle; it doesn't slide easily.

Very useful for gardening, I like not having to look for my kneeler, which is never at hand when needed. Pants would be soooo much better if 1) knee pad pocket was on the outside of the pants and pad insertion was from the top and 2) better belt or no belt at all, just elastic waist. As it is, you have to take the pants off, turn them inside out, manuever the pads in from the sides, and turn the pants right side out again. The belt is just as bad as other reviewers say it is.

These pants are high-quality pants with lots of pockets. They are a tad large, but I ordered the next size up to be sure I had the length I needed in the legs. I'm sure I'll enjoy wearing them for years to come.

I love these pants and intend to buy more as my budget allows! I wear these while gardening and tending to my chickens, which are very wet processes. These pants can get soaked and then dry within minutes. They are great for hiking as they are lightweight and gathered around the ankles, so they help prevent bugs from getting in your pant legs. I just love them!

I was very excited when I saw these pants because I've been looking for this style for a very long time. I have 100% cotton pairs that are 15 years old and I've "grown" a bit since then and needed some more comfortable ones. I like to wear these hiking with the dog on trails because of the cuff on the bottom. I must say that even when it's cool at 65 degrees but humid, I still sweat in these pants. I wore these in LA where it is cool but humid, and when I got back from hiking, I had to look at the material tag and did not know these had a bit of nylon in them. I would buy another pair or three if they were all cotton. Other than that, I do love them.

I was looking for a more comfortable pant to wear while gardening. These are very comfortable and a big improvement over jeans. Now that its hot, they are a little warm and I wish there was a cargo pocket for my phone.

Good fit, good fabric. I didn't buy the kneepads, but the pants are just fine without them.

They are weather perfect - not too hot or cold. There is complete freedom of movement. You can take them off at the laundry area and find your body free of insects, scratches, and mud.

These pants are too long for me, and the stretch cuffs are too loose to hold them up. Also, I find the pull tab waist cinch to be difficult to use. I will be sending these back.

I looked far and wide to replace an old gardening pant that was in tatters and these were even better than the original pant and much more fashionable, comfortable, and price conscious.
