These are the warmest gloves I've ever worn. Each finger and fingertip is surrounded with down. They have a nice fleece lining. The wrists are snug but not tight. They slide on and off easily. They're great for activities that require no precision work by your fingers - all that down does make them bulky. The fingers feel a bit short, but that may just be the down. I like them until I have to take them off to use my fingers, e.g., to tie my boots, work a clasp, etc.
