I bought these socks to use for walking. I walk 3 to 4 miles acouple times a week. I own alot of other athletic type socks that I use for walking, but to get the performance I want I end up purchasing bulky socks. This means buying a half size up in walking shoes to accomidate the extra bulk. These socks are the best socks ever for walking. They are not bulky so no sizing up! They keep your feet cool, they wick the moisture and they feel nice and light on.

I am on my feet a lot and have falling arches. These socks seem to support my arches and they feel so good. I love the looks too. Fun designs.

My work takes me outside every day, rain, shine, hot or cold. The smart wool sock is a staple as it keeps my feet dry and warm. The short size will take it into summer use; I prefer wool even in the heat of summer as it wicks away sweat and keeps me more comfortable than cotton, and feels better in work shoes than nylon running socks.
Wish it came in more neutral colors, grey, black, with a little accent; I don't do girlie!

There is nothing better than smartwool socks! I have some of their more dressy pairs I wear to work and I got these for my outside work and couldn't be happier. They have great cushion and also keep cool in warm weather and warm in cold weather. You won't regret getting them!
