So far I haven't had a need to use the light in an emergency, but on first look, it seems like it could be really handy to have on a hike. Anything that'll provide a hundred hours of beacon for rescuers could end up saving lives.

It's plenty bright (don't look directly at it!) and the magnet seems like it would hold to a flat steel car body (avoid those plastic body parts - no stick at all, even though the LOOK like the rest of the car) even on an off-road outing.

I'd recommend one to anyone who tends to get off the beaten path, and I've already given one to my wife.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I haven't checked its ruggedness or its battery life. Nor do I want to!

I have not tested to see if you can actually drive over this thing, but I've seen plenty of youtube videos made by others driving their wheels over it.

Opened the package and could tell it was a well-made product. Kinda made me want to host a dance party...

I love the fact that the magnet is strong enough to stick to the outside of my truck. Super bright and the flashing alarm warns others to respectfully "stay away" more so than flares.

They are not cheap! Which is why I only own 1 so far. Hope to get more.

It is small in size easy to carry and store, gives off bright lights in any one of its 9 lighting modes given to my granddauther for travel to and from school and general use she has suggested it be used by the rescue squad she is on or any other emergency responders.
