If you're going to advertise 9:00 am - 8:00 pm be open

By Rep Falling Fast

COMMENTS:

I've visited the new Anchorage store four (4) times since your opening and was very impressed and purchased hundreds of dollars worth of product and overall had great experiences until last night. I would like to know why when you advertise the store is open during "x" hours (Store Hours) 9:00 am - 8:00 pm the store is closed 7:50 pm?

Case in point. Last night I traveled 20 minutes (one way) from the north side of Anchorage to purchase your lifeline belt. Whole transaction would of taken five (5) minutes max. Lo and behold when I pushed on the door at 7:51 pm the doors were locked. For gods sake, if you're going to advertise 9:00 am - 8:00 pm be open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. Your customers plan, and some times make a great effort, to enter your store during the hours you advertise as being open. Duluth is new and is building a rep here in Anchorage. If a customer cannot depend on a store being open during the hours "they" are advertising, what else is going to fall short.

Good experience

COMMENTS:

Long time Carhartt user, rather new to Duluth products but like what I saw and bought. The firehouse pants (not cheap) work well for deck work (lotta movement, bending). Like the extra length on the "dignity" shirts. Glad we have a local store to better see their inventory. Style is a bit Eddie Bouer meets Paul Bunyan. Been there a few times since opening. Good Carhartt or Dickies alternative.
