Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Fire Hose 5-Pocket Canvas Jeans:

My husband and I have been checking out Duluth's line for years, but my husband is very tall and is wary of ordering clothes online. I bought a Henley shirt and fire hose 5-pocket jeans for him as an anniversary present - he loved them. In fact, he's looking to change out his entire wardrobe with just Duluth (he swears he won't buy from anyone else). The shirt is the first non-tailor-made one that actually fits his torso. The sleeves end right where they're supposed to. And he can sit without flashing people behind. If there were a store nearby, we'd be there already.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Fire Hose 5-Pocket Canvas Jeans:

I've been buying a well known brand of pants for years but am fed up with having to replace them every 6 months or less due to rips, fraying, seams coming apart etc. That other brand is similarly priced to Hose pants but they don't appear to made anywhere near as well. The quality of Hose pants in terms of construction is obvious and I was amazed at how comfortable they are from day one without any "break in" required. These are my first pants from Duluth (I bought two black and one khaki) and could immediately see that they're a quality product. They're smart enough to wear in the office and yet tough enough to wear out in the field on job sites or when working on my property. I'll be ordering three more pairs of black pants so that I have a pair for each day of the work week. Obviously I can't say much yet about how long these will last but I hope they do well. I did notice that they'll need to ironed after tumble drying (on low). My dryer has a "steam" function so maybe that'll reduce the need for ironing. Overall I'm very impressed with my first Hose pants.

I can say these are the greatest pants I have ever owned. I've already taken a couple of spills hiking in these pants and not a hole or scratch on em. Extremely durable stuff. I can feel confident that these pants will stand the test of time. Probably outlast me. Well done duluth... Well done.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Fire Hose 5-Pocket Canvas Jeans:

These pants are tough. They make carhartts feel like tissue paper. The crotch gussett makes them extremely comfortable. They're so thick that they also do a good job of blocking the wind. I would recommend these to anyone who needs a tough pair of pants.
