Comments about Duluth Trading Men's DuluthFlex Fire Hose 5-pocket Canvas Jeans:

I wear these pants on the job, around the house, when I'm at the country club and when I'm on the links. These pants can do it all and they are always comfortable.

There is only one problem I have noticed with these pants. I carry at least one knife on my person any time I leave my home. The smaller 5th pocket on the front right side of the pants is where I like to keep smaller knives if I am carrying one. I have noticed that the stitching on the top of this pocket has already started to wear out and come apart.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's DuluthFlex Fire Hose 5-pocket Canvas Jeans:

I'm usually the kind of guy who gets odd jeans at a discount store, looking for a bargain. My wife finally forced me to order from Duluth, and I'm embarrassed to say she was completely right. These are probably the most comfortable pants I've ever owned. They are built like iron, and every seam and rivet are perfect, no defects I can find. Even though they are tough jeans, they look nice enough that I can wear them to the office, instead of chinos.

I'll be coming back again and again.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's DuluthFlex Fire Hose 5-pocket Canvas Jeans:

Waist is smaller than my Wrangler jeans before washing.
Inseam on target. However one needs to order a longer inseam if using for motorcycle as the legs will rise up.
Exchanging my two pairs. Fabric very durable feel in comparison to my Kevlar cycle jeans. Comfortable fit.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's DuluthFlex Fire Hose 5-pocket Canvas Jeans:

I do not do reviews but I will take the 7 minutes to write this up. I received 2 pairs of these as a birthday gift from my much better half back in March. She knew I had been wanting to buy them for a while but just never pulled the trigger. Well I have been wearing them since and putting them to work, I will say besides the minor bleaching from the over spilling of chlorine into my pool they are awesome. Last weekend I wore them on a motorcycle trip up to Tennessee, while on a day time ride through the mountains next to the river in some beautiful country. The car in front of me went from 50mph to 0mph for no reason what so ever and I ended up laying my bike down and going over the handle bars. I flew about 10 feet and skidded another 20. Besides a bruised hip and some road rash on the elbow injuries were minor. The pants didn't even look like they had just skidded down the road not a scratch on them. I can bet if I had jeans on they would have ripped and I would have been hurt much worse. With the flex in these pants I think that is what was needed to protect me. The bike on the other hand didn't do so well, but that just means a new project. Thank you for making a durable high quality pair of pants you saved my butt literally.

I ordered 32-34 and they were way too tight. The next size up is 34-34. They are too big and WAY too long. They don't match the sizing of any other pants I buy.
