      • Supposed to be brand new. Did not work

        COMMENTS:

I was very disappointed when I opened the package and saw all kinds of scratches on the unit. I inserted batteries and it did not work. I feel cheated to have been sent a used product when I thought I was buying new. This will make be think twice before ever buying DTC products ever again

        COMMENTS:

This thing works great on calloused feet. Plenty of power for a battery-operated device. However, it WAS ALREADY BROKEN on arrival INSIDE THE SEALED PACKAGING!! The plastic battery-keeper part was shoved inside the battery compartment. Some electric tape holds it together, but come on... DTC, you should change suppliers ; this is bad for your reputation.

I would gladly pay more money for a better buffer.
the small battery retainer cap snaps off very easily and the unit becomes useless. The cap is held on by a teeny plastic rod. You twist the cap off to load the batteries. I broke mine the first time I opened it and with very little pressure. Actually, I never got to use it. Do not buy this item. Duluth needs to discontinue it. I find it an insult to Duluth patrons.
