    COMMENTS:

I bought these on a whim because I couldn't find any reviews at the time and no one at the store had used them or was familiar. I was curious. I really like them. These are little glowing gear markers that are perfect for putting on those small items that are easy to lose in the dark while camping or doing outdoors things. I have one in my first aid kit, one on my head lamp, and one on my water bottle. After a day in the sun, I always know where these items are in the grass when it gets dark because I can see the glow of my little gear tags. A couple reviews said they don't glow long or brightly - I would agree they don't glow for 10 hours, but they do glow brightly and for a long time, especially when used as intended. When they are in daylight for extended periods of time, they work just fine and are perfect for keeping track of my gear.

This glows brighter then I thought it would. You do need to leave it in the light so it charges up.

This is a great little marker light. I use it on my camera strap so it is easier to location the camera taking night time shots.
I plan to order a few more

              COMMENTS:

              Nice idea.... if it worked.

This is essentially a small tube of the phosphorescent material that you used to see on the hands and numbers of "glow in the dark" watches... Meaning: If you hold it in bright light for even just a few minutes, it will indeed "glow" brightly... but a few minutes later it is barely discernible in anything but a pitch black room. I have a little glow-in-the-dark skull that I got as a child at Disneyland... it is over 45 years old and even IT will glow brighter and longer into the night than this thing.

I wanted to like this, the idea is great, but it isn't even close to the statement of "lasts for hours".... sorry... I wish I could recommend it.

Glow in the dark time should be adjusted to 1 hr @ the most.Purchased because it says it has hours of glowing. It doesn't , no matter how long you expose it to daylight.
