Order Updates Via Email

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your order.

After a shipping label is created, we’ll send a shipping notification email containing your tracking number with a link to live tracking status. As your items ship, the tracking link will automatically update to reflect the progress of your full order.

Track Your Order

You can check the status of your order, even if you’re not a registered user. Please have your order number, email address and billing zip code associated with the order ready. You can also see your tracking information in your Order History.

Carrier Tracking Information

Go to www.ups.com. Enter the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email you received from Duluth Trading. You’ll see the progress of your order and its estimated arrival date.

Please allow 1 business day after receiving your shipping notification for tracking to activate.
