She teamed up with a local grower to source grain, and found Molly, the youngest female Master Distiller in the country.

After just three years of hard work and dedication, they turned a pie-in-the-sky idea into a functional distillery and tasting room – owning the entire process from farm to table. Molly’s gin recipe boasts 19 botanicals, with top-note hints of cucumber, rosemary, thyme, mint – and one or two secret ingredients she’ll share with no one but her team.
