Shop online now, and we can have any available store products ready and waiting with same-day in-store or curbside pickup! We can also ship items to your local store for free if they’re not available for same-day pickup. Most ship-to-store items will be ready for pickup within 5-7 days.
For holiday shoppers, stores will be open until 12/24 at 3:00 PM local time. If items need to be shipped to the store, place your order by 12/16 at 11:59 PM CT. For items available for same day pickup, you have until 12/23 at 11:59 PM Local Time to order online and pick up on Christmas Eve.

When will my order be ready?
We try to make sure every item is available the same day, but there may be exceptions for items that have to get shipped to the store. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
When do I get charged?
For items “Available Today” or “Available Tomorrow,” you will be charged when you pick up your item. For items shipping to store, we charge you when the items arrive at the store.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! Just give us that information at the online order checkout or call the store to inform them and have your friend or family member bring a valid ID for pickup.
How come no items are available today or tomorrow?
“Available Same Day” service is available in all stores except our Belleville, WI Outlet. We do offer Ship-to-Store at this location.
What happens if I don’t pick up the item?
We will cancel any unretrieved orders after 15 days.
What happens if some of my items are available and some need to ship?
We will send you separate messages for the different items. To avoid multiple trips to the store, just wait until your whole order is ready (we will hold the other shipments for you!).
Where do I go to pick up the items?
You will see signs for “Online Pickup.” Go straight to that area or ask any of our associates for help! We also offer curbside pickup. Please contact your nearest store for availability & details.
