YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

SPONSOR: Duluth Holdings Inc. d/b/a Duluth Trading Company (“Sponsor”), located at 201 East Front Street, Mount Horeb, Wisconsin 53572, Attn: Dear Duluth Sweepstakes.
DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES: The Duluth Trading Company Dear Duluth Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 28, 2025 at 6:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age and older as of November 28, 2025, excluding residents of Michigan and New York (each, an “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, equity holders, agents, and representatives (and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents, and household members, whether or not related)) of Sponsor, its advertising or promotional agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes; their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, and prize suppliers; and any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Persons”), are NOT eligible. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and may also delete any entry received from persons under the age of thirteen (13) in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and applicable privacy legislation.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Entrants must visit a participating Duluth Trading Company retail location (see Attachment A) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Sweepstakes entry form in its entirety including: complete name, mailing address, email address and phone number and place the entry form at the available in-store drop box to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
- There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected as a potential winning entry within the entry pool at each participating location. No purchase, payment, consideration or other action will increase your chances of winning. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof (in a form acceptable to Sponsor) that such person is the prize winner.
- Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed and legible entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
- If Sponsor determines that any Entrant has attempted to use any means not in keeping with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and/or spirit of these Official Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt the Sweepstakes; then such Entrant may be disqualified from participating in the Sweepstakes in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 15, 2025, by each participating location of Sponsor to select a potential winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules at the participating location applicable to such entry. Entrants are not required to be present at the drawing to win. Potential winners will be notified by email or phone and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within five (5) calendar days of the notice date or such other date set by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize. The return of any communication as undeliverable may result in disqualification. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for such participating location. Major restrictions apply to the use, availability, or receipt of any Prize (defined below). EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ENTRANT RECEIVES INFORMATION TO THE CONTRARY, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY, HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, ALL REQUIRED PRIZE WINNER DOCUMENTS (AS DEFINED BELOW) HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, ALL OTHER PRIZE REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED, AND THE ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded at each of the participating Duluth Trading Company retail locations, each consisting of up to $300.00 of Duluth Trading Company merchandise purchased in a single transaction before January 31, 2026 (each a “Prize”). With sixty-three (63) participating Duluth Trading Company retail locations, the total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $18,900. Each Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the Prize. Limit one Prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. No cash in lieu of a Prize or Prize component will be awarded, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. All Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Prizes. Major restrictions apply to the use, availability or receipt of any Prize.
TAX TREATMENT: All applicable taxes resulting from acceptance of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final value of any prizes awarded to winner by Sponsor, if such prizes have a total value of $600.00 or more in a single year. Each winner is advised to seek advice from its own legal or tax professionals regarding the tax implications of accepting the Prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE; WINNER VERIFICATION: Acceptance of any Prize package shall constitute and signify each winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city, state, image, likeness, photo, entry, and/or Prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor may send a potential winner an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, the “Prize Winner Documents”). A potential winner may be required to provide proof of residency and submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Sweepstakes will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor, as the Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion.
GENERAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the interpretations and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all matters. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. The Sponsor reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in any unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, each Entrant releases and waives all right to, and agrees to indemnify and hold the Sweepstakes Persons harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, irrespective of whether the Sweepstakes Persons were advised of the possibility of such damages and whether or not such damages were foreseeable), or expense (including attorneys’ fees), whether arising out of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IN CERTAIN INSTANCES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for an Entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to Entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prizes. In any such event, Entrant may resubmit an entry in accordance with these Official Rules.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.
PRIVACY: Personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.duluthtrading.com/content/privacy-security-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection, storage, and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. WINNERS LIST: The names of the winners may be distributed to all Entrants. To obtain a copy of the names of all Prize winners, available after January 31, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Duluth Trading Company, 201 East Front Street, Mount Horeb 53572, Attn: Dear Duluth Sweepstakes.
MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including, but not limited to: websites, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by any representative of Sponsor; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
