Made in Ohio since the 1930s, the 41D chest has remained the steady favorite of machinists, carpenters, and collectors. Our version of the 41D will be available only in a limited quantity for a very short time. This special collaboration with the century-old casemaker starts with kiln-dried American cherry that is plain-sawn and finished with solid brass hardware. The case is emblazoned with several of the most distinguished Best Made emblems, including an engraved “Measure Twice / Cut Once” ruler on the lid, a hand-painted sash on the center drawer, and custom embroidery in the white-felt-lined compartments. Suitable for storing knives, watches, pens, natural specimens, or just about any small keepsake.
