In an era of disposable luggage, there’s a special kind of satisfaction in carrying a bag you can reasonably expect to last you for the rest of your days. So we’ve built our Leather Briefcase using rare vegetable-tanned leather – an exacting process using natural ingredients like tree bark. It’s a hundreds-of-years-old art, yet is used on less than 10% of all leather due to the complexity and time involved. But the results are worth the effort, as vegetable tanning allows the use of thicker leather with more body, strength and character, and gains even more patina with time. Finished with durable metal hardware and heavy-duty handles, this briefcase is ready for a long-term business relationship.
